LANDED is looking to hire its first Growth Manager to build out the Candidate Growth function of our company. You’ll be an integral part of our team, helping to define, strategize, implement, and optimize candidate acquisition and activation. This role reports into our Product function.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead the charge in identifying, testing, and scaling new paid acquisition channels for candidates, optimizing our reach to the best talent
  • Define, implement, and manage our top-of-funnel acquisition strategy, enhancing channel mix and allocation for peak performance on cost per application (CPAs), application volume, and candidate quality
  • Spearhead the identification and testing of new paid acquisition channels for candidates, making our company a frontrunner in talent sourcing
  • Design and execute experiments and methodologies to increase activation and engagement rates among candidates through various touch points including SMS text and email
  • Take charge of creating an acquisition and activation engine for passive candidates to elevate the candidate experience, optimize conversion rates, and make us the go-to platform for job seekers
  • Collaborate with our Data / ML team to engineer a high-performance top-of-funnel budget recommendation tool for our clients
  • Take complete ownership of our paid acquisition budget across every active channel, making strategic decisions based on data to optimize performance
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions with leadership on data-driven candidate growth strategy, using knowledge of recruitment trends, candidate behavior, and market dynamics
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging channels, platforms, and digital tools to keep our candidate sourcing strategies innovative and competitive

  • You have experience in business to consumer activation and acquisition strategies
  • Your analytical and data analysis skills are well-honed

  • You’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have strong problem-solving abilities while staying organized and focused
  • You have a proven track record of managing and implementing growth strategies successfully
  • You’re well-versed in various paid acquisition channels, budgeting, and experimentation frameworks
  • A great communicator and collaborator who’s able to work and thrive in cross-functional environments
