About the role

We're looking for a Head of Growth to oversee acquiring users on both sides of the Landed platform: blue collar workers and employers. You will help us hit our lofty acquisition goals, oversee market launches, and develop and execute our cross-channel acquisition strategies while reporting directly to the CEO. Your work will help progress users through the funnel, accelerate new users' value, and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities among existing customers. You'll be our resident expert and chief evangelist for all things related to lifecycle automation. You'll partner with cross-functional GTM teams on a range of initiatives, helping them achieve various goals and targets via applying your deep automation expertise and capabilities.

What you'll do:

  • Develop the strategic market level frameworks, and subsequently manage the experiment and initiative roll-out and execution to hit Landed’s acquisition targets
  • Product manage the Landed Jobs mobile app for candidates
  • Develop acquisition strategies from the ground up to address company growth priorities, drive adoption of new products, and maximize return on investment
  • Guide the periodic spend optimization process that improves each channel’s Return on investment without losing sight of growth in each market.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set budgets and ensure spend meets financial goals.
  • Lead constant, iterative improvement of the growth planning process to hit our company-wide goals
  • Identify target customer segments and develop unique channel strategies to drive adoption across our offerings
  • Partner with the product team to launch GTM product adoption campaigns for new features

We're a startup backed by Y Combinator and leading VCs in Silicon Valley. We help restaurants hire team members up to management roles using our best-in-class intelligent match and automation technology. There are tens of thousands of blue collar workers on our platform. Our employer clients include Applebee's, Panera, Chick-fil-A, and more. We have 13X’d since the beginning of the year and are looking for a Head of Sales who will help make Landed sales into a well-oiled machine. In this role, you will be involved and own all aspects of the sales cycle. As an integral member of the organization, you will not only influence your team but play a key role in Landed’s success. You’ll have a seat at the leadership table, painting vision and strategy, while also rolling up your sleeves to do what needs to be done.

Marketing Manager
About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with deep expertise in the development and implementation of results-driven marketing programs and content strategy to drive performance. The Marketing Manager will set the strategy and oversee the day-to-day of the marketing program and deployment process to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

This role will maintain and further develop our existing marketing programs with a focus on qualified customer acquisition, lifecycle trigger programs, and the evolution of segmentation & personalization strategies.

What You’ll Do
  • Create and produce online and offline marketing content
  • Create various types of content such as ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, blogs, etc.
  • Develop and execute email marketing strategy for candidates and employers
  • Own day-to-day execution and performance of onboarding, evergreen and engagement campaigns, journeys and overall program effectiveness; make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
  • Define overall acquisition, conversion and retention strategy; evaluate and provide ROI quantification

About the role

The Chief of Staff role will play a critical role in defining and driving strategic and operational improvements across the company. Working with the CEO and Founder, you will work on a range of critical, high-impact projects, forming a deep understanding of the problem space, persuasively communicating recommendations to leadership, rolling up your sleeves to help drive implementation, and checking back in to see the impact of your recommendations.

Each week will bring a new set of projects and challenges, including the opportunity and satisfaction to solve some of our toughest challenges and product problems. We're looking for a highly capable individual with skills in in strategy, product, data, and execution with a strong track record of driving significant changes. You'll harness data-driven analytics and user-centric interviews to help inform business/product goals and priorities and then put plans into action.

Landed is looking to grow our team of business consultants, responsible for managing our customer relationships.

Your day to day work will involve interfacing with HR and Talent Acquisition teams of top retail and restaurant brands in the world. Through owning onboardings, helping clients refine their talent searches, and working inside of the Landed product to deliver results, you'll nurture successful relationships and help customers understand our value.

This role combines account management, product management, relationship building and data analytics skills. Client Strategists champion the customers needs and work cross-functionality with our entire team (including our founders). As someone working both strategically and tactically with our customers, you'll be in the best position to gain insights on our product and market — helping us to shape our roadmap and make improvements across business operations.

Account Executive

The AE role at Landed provides a unique opportunity - we're looking for talented, ambitious AEs who can manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial cold call, to understanding clients challenges, to running a virtual demonstration, and closing the deal.

You’ll be selling and consulting restaurant and retail companies on hiring. You'll be selling to franchisee owners and holding groups of the largest brands (Panera, Applebee's, Taco Bell, etc.). The position requires grit to outbound and scrappiness -- you’ll be cold calling owners, store locations, office numbers, etc. You’ll need to stay organized and work out of multiple tools like our sales CRM. This position reports directly to the CEO.

What You'll Do:

  • Daily cold calling into new potential customers from inbound and outbound sources (30+ calls per day)
  • Conducting discovery calls with prospects to uncover the initiatives they are working towards and finding opportunities to help impact their business using Landed.
  • Quickly assess the quality of a prospect to determine the viability of sales opportunities
  • Develop relationships with clients to better hire and serve their customers.
  • Leading a product demonstration on how other brands are using Landed.
  • Find new ways to engage potential customers using all resources available including, marketing, product, etc.
  • Employ our highly consultative, non-pushy sales methodology
  • Keep track of client activity, notes, and next steps clearly in our CRM.
  • Help establish strategic account plans to penetrate target brands in the space.
  • Work with growth to better identify sales opportunities based on lead sources, lead lists, etc.

Full-Stack Software Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to join Landed as part of the founding engineering team. You will become the primary engineer across all of our user-facing and backend software. This is an excellent opportunity to take full ownership of our platform, gain experience across the stack, and play a pivotal role in Landed’s startup journey. You will work directly with the CEO to design and build new features, help roll out new products, and increase customer yield and retention. You will also support engineering operations, maintenance, and a number of projects across our backend.

  • Own our products from top to bottom - everything from our front end mobile app to our backend logic and admin operations
  • Design and build systems according to the needs of our business. Develop new features and UIs.

What we’re looking for
