Sales Development Representative / Account Executive

The SDR role at Landed provides a unique opportunity - we're looking for talented, ambitious SDRs who can manage high velocity top-of-funnel sales qualification, while also navigating a scrappy yet strategic sales process.

As a SDR, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new customers and channel partners for Landed. We’re building a team from the ground up that will require a “winning” attitude, a high sense of urgency, and a passion for sales. As one of the first SDRs at Landed, you will have the opportunity to help shape process and build pipeline. This is a great opportunity to start or grow your sales career! This position reports directly to the CEO.

What You'll Do:
• Manage a high volume of outbound calls and communications daily to cold & warm prospects (100+ per day)
• Achieve monthly metrics, and weekly and daily targets
• Employ our highly consultative, non-pushy sales methodology
• Resilience. You will face rejection often. You must be resilient and know that each rejection brings you closer to your next success
• Quickly assess the quality of a prospect to determine the viability of sales opportunities
• Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitor landscape
• Run product demonstrations
• Build strong networks in and outside the Landed organization
• Collaborate with the team to improve our processes and add efficiencies for the team
• Adapt to changes in your process - we are always development and testing new ideas
• Maintain and update accurate records in CRM

An Ideal Candidate would have:
• 1-2+ Years in similar sales or development role required
• Ability to work in a fast paced SaaS Environment
• Ability to quickly develop relationships and establish credibility through consultative needs based conversation
• Ability to think on your feet to creatively solve our prospects’ business needs
• Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written
• Comfortable meeting and exceeding monthly quotas and handling rejections
• Must have a positive attitude, confident, and desire to be the best
• Reliable, strong and positive work ethic
• Strong organization and time management skills and ability to work independently
• BA/BS degree

Growth Manager

We help stores hire retail associates, so candidates are fundamental to the Landed marketplace. We’re looking for someone to oversee acquiring the best candidates for Landed to meet retail store demand. You will help us hit our lofty acquisition goals and oversee all geographies in which Landed operates and develop and execute our cross-channel marketing strategy while reporting directly to the CEO.

What You'll do:
• Develop the strategic market level frameworks, and subsequently manage the roll-out and execution to hit Landed’s candidate acquisition targets
• Present market, channel, and initiative-level growth and optimization scenarios to CEO to help understand the business trade-offs in our P&L
• Guide the periodic spend optimization process that improves each channel’s Return on investment without losing sight of growth in each market.
• Collaborate with leadership to set budgets and ensure spend meets financial goals.
• Lead constant, iterative improvement of the growth planning process to hit our company-wide goals

• Excellent analytical skills, strong business acumen, a curious nature and entrepreneurialism
• Natural ability to make things happen around you. You manage project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in an organized and structured way.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and intuition for communication strategy at every level -- within teams, to users, and other audiences.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize and drive independently
• Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills -- balancing multiple projects with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and requests should be second nature to you.
• 1 - 4 years in growth, consulting, or similar role with analytical rigor
• B.S. or higher

Customer Support Manager

We help stores hire retail associates, so making sure our candidates and stores are supported are fundamental to the Landed marketplace. We’re looking for someone to lead our customer support operations. You will be the face of Landed to all our users, so we’re looking for people with excellent communication and problem-solving skills who operate with a customer-first mentality. You will be expected to provide exceptional support to our existing and potential Landed candidates and quickly adapt to an ever-growing business.

What You'll do:
Deliver top notch online and occasional phone support to Landed candidates
• Walk candidates through the onboarding process and all of the tools they need to be successful on the Landed
• Help existing candidates troubleshoot any issues they experience
• Help represent the Landed brand to get candidates excited about joining our platform
• Stay on top of new Landed policies, procedures, and programs that affect candidates
• Work with the Leadership team to make our support processes even better
• Assist with campaigns, events, and promotions as needed

An Ideal Candidate would have:
• A combination of retail, sales, client-facing, and/or customer service experience
• Self-motivation and ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to interact and connect with many types of personalities
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and think on your feet while adapting to new technologies • Patience and a passion for empowering others
• Ability to quickly and efficiently problem solve and troubleshoot - if you don’t know the answer, you know where to look and who to ask
