Responsibilities:
- Pie production
- Scaling and production of custards, batters, compotes, cookie doughs, muffins
- Preparing, washing, peeling, weighing and/or cutting various ingredients to precise specifications and high quality
- Baking/cooking items: cookies, muffins, eggs, compotes, custards
- Portioning of all snack, dessert, breakfast items into jars as required
- Neatly organized and accurate mise en place for production
- Basic kitchen administrative work: Print cook sheets, organize cook sheets, understand production schedule, basic culinary math (grams for meal/jar x items needed = total grams divided by 453.6)
