We are looking for line cooks whose responsibilities include the production of food including prep while maintaining a fully-stocked kitchen and line while complying with safety and cleanliness standards. To be successful in this role, you should be able to maintain a sense of urgency that allows you to deliver high-quality food on time. Ultimately, you will ensure all plates are properly cooked and served and our customers have a pleasant dining experience.

Use our presentations and garnish for every dish
Follow all portion sizes and guidance for dishes and recipes
Show up on time and ready for work every day
Maintain a calm demeanor in a stressful situation.
Treat all coworkers with respect including FOH staff
Store food products in compliance with safety practices (e.g. in refrigerators)
Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area
Proven work experience as a Line Cook
Knowledge of cooking, techniques, and food in general
Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
How to properly use a knife
Always be willing to stay focused on the task at hand
