Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest degree of quality and consistency in food production.
- Control the sanitation and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and related areas to ensure a healthy, safe work environment that exceeds federal, state, and corporate standards and regulations.
- Maintain clear communications among your kitchen staff and between the kitchen and corporate teams.
- Handle all administrative management duties including scheduling, inventory, and financials.
- Hire, train and develop the kitchen team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of kitchen experience
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience
- Strong foundation in culinary and kitchen skills, including knife/prep work, sautee, and more.
- Can stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
