Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest degree of quality and consistency in every aspect of food production.
- Control the sanitation and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and related areas to ensure a healthy, safe work environment that exceeds federal, state, and corporate standards and regulations.
- Maintain clear communications among your kitchen staff and between the kitchen and corporate teams.
- Handle all administrative management duties including scheduling, inventory, financials, and more.
- Hire, train and develop the kitchen team.
This job is for you if:
- You're a dedicated leader with at least 5 years of kitchen experience and at least 2 years of management experience.
- You're passionate about revolutionizing the restaurant industry.
- You value the highest quality, better-for-you ingredients.
- You have a good foundation in kitchen skills, including knife/prep work, sauté, and more.
- You love working hard and staying busy in the kitchen.
