We are hiring all back of house positions including baristas, hosts, bussers, bartenders, cocktail servers and runners!

Barista: Makes and serves beverages such as coffee, tea and specialty beverages. Provides friendly, cheerful, attentive, and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all guests.

Host: Assists guests with their orders and help direct guests thru their experience at Topanga Social. Communicates with management to create a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations.

Busser: Communicates with and assists on the floor to maintain efficient service and create a memorable guest experience.

Bartender: Makes, mixed and pours alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Provides friendly, cheerful, attentive, and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all guests.

Cocktail Server: Drives the alcohol sales for the floor. Communicates with the bars to and management to create a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations.

Runner: Communicates with and assists on the floor and commissary to maintain efficient service and create a memorable guest experience.
