Position
The Bartender is responsible for making, mixing and pouring alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A Bartender provides friendly, cheerful, attentive, and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure a HIGH-QUALITY Operation
- Prepares drinks, serves wine, bottle beer and draft beer.
- Follow all company cash handling procedures
- Interact with guests, takes orders and serve drinks.
- Maintains a clean, organized and sanitary bar that meets both company as well as Department of Health standards
- Complies with all Liquor Authority standards
- Stores, labels and dates all fruit and perishable items according to policy
- Prepares items on production sheets for the barbacks to pull and stock
- Completes all waste logs as required
- Performs other duties as required or assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic Knowledge of Beer and Wine
- Excellent Communication Skills
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
REQUIREMENTS
- Availability to work a flexible schedule often including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to remain stationary for periods up to 8 hours in length
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop and exert well-paced mobility
- Ability to use draft, wine keys, cash registers and POS Systems
