YOU WILL
- Coach your team, reinforcing and seeking to improve the quality of service
- Help create and coordinate schedules, deploying a team that ensures all facets of service are effective and quick
- Ensure team competency in day-to-day operations
- Be responsible for staff in building their expertise of authentic Chinese food and drinks, so that they may accurately answer customer questions and make personal recommendations
- Lead regular food and drink tastings, showcasing seasonal items and reinforcing Chinah's food culture to deepen our customers' connection to Chinah
- Ensure our customers’ feedback and concerns are addressed in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
- Deliver impeccable hospitality to our guests and your coworkers
- Be authentic, transparent, and create genuine relationships and conversations
- Work back of house duties such as cleaning equipment, mopping, and taking out recycling
YOU ARE
- Passionate about creating experiences for others and constantly seeking new ways to go above and beyond
- Experienced in food and beverage or fast paced retail environments
- Willing to learn new skills and share your knowledge with our guests and the team
