Support the general manager and restaurant in day to day operations. Punctuality is a must! Must be a self starter, who is willing to work within a team concept. Must be able to accept and give critism, and to be held accountable and hold others accountable. Must be a people person, that means with the guest and the staff.
Responsibilities:
- Cash reconciliation
- inventory counts
- scheduling
- Placing orders for food, and paper goods
We expect our managers to be able to perform all functions in the restaurant which include but are not limited to
- Taking orders while providing excellent customer service
- Wash dishes, pots and pans, and utensils.
- Prepare food according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain an organized, clean kitchen area.

- Maintain kitchen facility in a clean, orderly fashion.
- Wash pots, pans, dishes, and utensils in designated areas.
- Operate kitchen equipment according to safety procedures.
