At Huey Magoo's, we believe great food starts with a great team — and great teams need leaders who bring energy, heart, and a love for what they do. As a Shift Manager, you'll oversee daily operations during your shift, supervise and support your team, and make sure every guest walks away with an outstanding experience. That means handling issues as they arise, keeping workflows running smoothly, and being the kind of leader your crew can count on.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and genuinely enjoys being part of something bigger than themselves. In return, we invest in you — with a sign-on bonus, a 401(k), 50% off meals during your shift, and a culture built around crew incentives and actually having fun at work. We also promote from within, offering Shift Managers great opportunities to grow into restaurant leadership roles within the brand.
If you're ready to lead a team that's as passionate about people as it is about chicken, we'd love to meet you.
