POSITION SUMMARY
As a Shift Lead, you are responsible for supporting the Management Team with the overall health and positive growth of your team and store, providing an excellent internal and external customer experience through the successful achievement of the essential responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
. Create and maintain a safe, positive, and team-oriented culture
. Train: help build a full and highly productive team who positively contribute to Sidecar's culture and growth
. Contribute to controlling operation costs according to targets set forth by Sidecar (labor, food, store maintenance)
. Contribute to achieving monthly and yearly sales growth according to targets set forth by Sidecar
. Maintain a clean store at all times
. Keep the doughnut display full of high-quality & fresh doughnuts at all times
. Provide an excellent customer experience:
. Warm and welcoming greeting, music vibe and level, positive energy, product sampling, clean and full display, clean store and uniforms, friendly interactions from start to finish, fresh and great tasting product
. Provide an excellent team member experience:
· Welcoming, safe, positive, and fun work environment, clearly communicate expectations and growth opportunities, provide honest feedback, give recognition,
. Complete various administrative responsibilities timely and adequately
. Orientation, Training, Ordering, Invoices, Time Audits
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
. At least 1 years of Experience in a fast-paced and high-volume restaurant or bakery, preferred
. Experience in training and developing a team
. Experience with Quality Control
. Experience with Inventory Control
. Experience with identifying and implementing sales growth opportunities
