We’re hiring a Full-Time Kitchen Shift Leader (Elite Samurai) to lead shifts, support the team, and ensure every dish meets our standards for quality, speed, and consistency.
⚔️ What You’ll Do
- Lead kitchen operations during opening and closing shifts
- Execute all stations (grill, wok, prep, and line) with consistency and speed
- Train and mentor team members, setting clear expectations
- Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and ticket times
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and fully compliant with food safety standards
- Support team morale and create a positive, high-performance environment
- Act as a brand ambassador for Balance inside and outside the restaurant
🕒 Schedule & Pay
- Full-time position

Starting at $17.50/hr (based on experience and training)
- Schedules posted 2 weeks in advance for consistency
- Performance-based raises — learn more, earn more
- Top performers can earn $23+/hr by mastering all kitchen positions
