We’re preparing for our San Clemente opening and are looking for skilled and passionate culinary team members to join our kitchen across concepts like La Vida, Cosmos Burger, and Lobster Lab.
If you have experience working in a kitchen or back of house, and take pride in quality, consistency, and clean execution, we’d love to meet you.
🍽 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing and cooking menu items with consistency and attention to detail
- Working with fresh ingredients, including proteins, produce, and house components
- Executing dishes efficiently during service while maintaining quality standards
- Handling prep work such as cutting, portioning, and organizing ingredients
- Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and proper kitchen organization at all times
- Supporting inventory, restocking, and proper food rotation
- Communicating clearly with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
👨‍🍳 What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in kitchen / culinary / back of house roles
- Strong understanding of kitchen flow, prep, and service execution
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality
- Reliable, organized, and takes ownership of their station
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to grow
