Position Summary

The Front of House (FOH) Team Member at Noble Chicken helps create a welcoming and organized dining experience. This role focuses on hospitality, expediting orders, packaging to-go meals, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting smooth communication between the kitchen and guests.

Responsibilities

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
Expedite orders accurately from the kitchen
Package to-go orders with attention to detail
Deliver food and beverages as needed
Offer refills and condiments appropriately
Pre-bus and reset tables
Keep the dining room, front counter, and lobby clean and organized
Communicate clearly with kitchen staff regarding order status or guest needs
Assist with guest concerns and maintain service standards
Work as part of a team while upholding Noble Chicken’s core values
