- Help create a fun, upbeat vibe that makes the experience memorable

Relentless Hospitality
- Anticipate guest needs before they ask — refills, suggestions, solutions

- Keep the front counter flowing smoothly during busy periods
- Support teammates by running food, helping expo, or jumping in where needed
- Handle guest concerns with calmness, grace, and generosity
Core Responsibilities
- Accurately enter guest orders into the POS and process payments
- Guide guests through the menu with confidence and clarity
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter area
- Communicate clearly with FOH and BOH to keep service smooth
- Assist with running food, bussing tables, and resetting the dining room
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and quick action
