Job Description

We’re hiring Bakers to help us meet our high demand for hand-rolled, boiled, and baked fresh bagels each day. You'll start early (4am–5am) and work in a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment. This is a hands-on, physical job — if you love to move, hustle, and take pride in consistent, high-quality work, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do:

Boil, top, and bake bagels to spec (training provided!)
Operate a rotating oven and mixing equipment
Mix, weigh, and cut dough precisely
Prep ingredients (like cream cheese and veggies)
Bake cookies and other side items
Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace
Help with inventory, opening, and closing tasks
Occasionally jump in to help front of house during busy moments

This position is for our new store opening in Las Vegas, with work starting in early November 2025.
