We are looking for a Utility support position to join our service team. If you are highly motivated with a strong work ethic and want to kickstart your career in a high-volume environment, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
· Perform routine cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing of high-touch areas throughout the restaurant during service hours.
· Assist dishwashers as needed and help maintain cleanliness and organization in the dish room.
· Monitor and maintain restroom cleanliness throughout the shift.
· Support front-of-house operations by sorting, polishing, and rolling silverware.
· Facilitate the dining dish system by sorting dirty dishes and coordinating with porters as necessary.
· Audit silverware and ensure dish room organization at the end of each shift.
· Set up and restock the service and support stations to ensure smooth operation.
· Maintain the coffee station, ensuring it is clean, stocked, and guest-ready always.
· Regularly remove trash and recyclables from all areas of the restaurant.
· Restock glassware, silverware, and dishware as needed throughout the shift.
· Perform end-of-shift cleaning duties, including sanitizing chairs and tables, high dusting, and cleaning patio or outdoor dining areas if applicable.
· Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Manager to support overall restaurant operations.
· Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
· Ideally, with experience as a Dishwasher/Porter.
· Who are able to follow health and safety procedures laid out by management, city, state and federal requirements.
· Who is able to work in a fast-paced environment with speed and accuracy.
· With open flexibility to work various shifts.
