- Take accurate orders and payment on the phone and from walk in guests
- Ensure clean and sanitary kitchen environment and cooking practices
- Correctly cook and prepare items in multi-fryer, multi-timer environment
- Greet guests and ensure correct carryout handouts to guests and delivery folks
- Prep our sides, dips, and sauces, made fresh daily
- Keep our dining room clean and welcoming
- Handle volume and chaos with gusto
