We are seeking an individual who is positive, self-motivated, and has a passion for quality food, beverage, and service. This candidate must be able to foster teamwork and the ability to skillfully navigate a variety of personalities. We are looking to hire someone who holds themselves to a high standard of excellence and finds fulfillment and motivation in the culinary field and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional guest service, address guest needs, and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of all menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
Stay informed about daily specials and promotional items.
Possess basic knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits (if applicable to the restaurant type).
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders, timing, and special requests.
Assist bussers and other team members with their duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Confidently make recommendations and upsell appropriate items.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a high volume environment and handle multiple tables simultaneously.
Outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong guest service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a high volume, high-pressure environment.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
