Crust is looking to hire seasonal workers within the packaging department at full or part time status. Night shifts are currently available starting between 8PM and 10PM!
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Bag, shrink wrap or box items according to product specifications
- Marking and labeling products accurately
- Performing measures of quality control while packaging items (identify quality issues or items that are subpar)
- Being conscientious of waste and shortages and reporting them to other departments and supervisors as requires
- Use of packaging equipment such as label makers, shrink wrap machines and other machinery
- Setting up and arranging retail display of product prior to the bakery opening
Requirements:
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time as well as lifting (20-35 lbs) and bending repetitively for the duration of an 8 hour shift
- Ability to work the weeks preceding major holidays is required in order to be considered for this role (November 20th-25th and December 18th-24th).
