We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Restaurant Cleanliness (Maintenance) Specialist. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the entire restaurant, ensuring a pristine environment for both our customers and team members.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance of restaurant equipment, including filtering and cleaning fryer vats, grills, and hood vents.
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the restaurant, from the lobby and restrooms to the back of the house.
- Thoroughly clean floors, ceilings, walls, behind equipment, stockroom, coolers, and freezers.
- Maintain the exterior cleanliness of the restaurant by picking up litter, washing windows, scrubbing, and pressure washing sidewalks and Drive-Thru lanes.
- Change trash can liners and take out the trash to the dumpsters regularly.
- Ensure restrooms are clean, well-maintained, and properly stocked with all required supplies.
- Rotate inventory stock and put away all deliveries promptly.
- Perform additional cleaning and maintenance tasks as requested by the restaurant team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or maintenance, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting over 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work during non-operating hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
