Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Outbound calling with in-book and out-book leads
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Adaption of skills necessary to operate a business
Requirements
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Self-motivated
- 90-day probationary period
- If 90-day probationary goals are met; an increase in hourly pay
Hours
- 8:30 am – 5:00 pm: M, W, Th, F
- 8:30 am– 7:00 pm: TU
