QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 Years of Management or Supervisory experience required
- Must have a Valid Drivers License with a clean record over the last 2 years.
- Must be 18 Years or Older
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required, some College preferred
- On occasion, may be required to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to fifty pounds; kneel, bend or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; reach and grasp objects
JOB SUMMARY:
- Delivering crave-able food, in a timely manner, that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A Quality Requirements
- Becoming proficient in all FOH operations
- Cash accountability
- Coaching the behaviors to all Captains and Team Members
- Developing leaders in such a way that they are operating as a motivated, high-performance team that embodies the vision of the business, through goal-setting and regular performance feedback
- Monitor actions that do not meet CFA standards and execute accountability documentation for Team Members and Captains who fail to meet expectations
- Work up to 40 hours per week.
