Alidoro is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and dedicated Line Cook to join our team. This role requires a passion for food and hospitality, with experience working in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment.
Salary: $16-18 per hour + commission on all catering orders

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a fast-paced fast casual dining environment (We have an open kitchen with direct access to guests)
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, managers, and FOH staff
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and regularly lift up to 40 pounds
• A genuine passion and knowledge of food and hospitality
• Comprehension and communication in English
• Open availability
• Menu memorization; provides information about products to customers
• BOH experience
• 3-5 years of restaurant experience is a plus
• Proven experience in a fast-paced fast casual dining environment (We have an open kitchen with direct access to guests)

• Preparing food orders according to Alidoro quality standards
• Setting up, breaking down, cleaning, and stocking work areas
• Following company operational policies, including safety and security procedures, during each shift
• Maintaining a calm demeanor during periods of high volume, providing a positive example for the team
• Being sociable and friendly to customers
• Promoting, working, and acting in a manner consistent with the mission of Alidoro
• Wrapping menu items for serving or takeout
• Performing other tasks as needed to ensure guest service standards are met
• Preparing ingredients for recipes
• Operating meat slicers
• Filling in for fellow employees as needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations
• Attending all scheduled employee meetings and offering suggestions for improvement
