⚔️ What You’ll Do
- Cook proteins, rice, and noodles with speed and accuracy
- Work across stations including grill, wok, and cook line
- Assemble bowls and tacos to recipe standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation
- Assist with prep, dishwashing, and station rotation
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Represent Balance with professionalism and team-first energy
🕒 Schedule & Pay
- Full-time or part-time options available
- Schedules posted 2 weeks in advance
- Starting at $13/hr base + $2/hr for open availability ($15/hr total)
- Skill-based raises — learn more, earn more
- Top performers can earn $23+/hr by mastering all stations
