We are looking for a Receptionist (Front Desk Agent) at our newly opened Home2 Suites by Hilton Raleigh North/I-540 located in Raleigh, NC. We seek hospitality-oriented team members to create memorable guest experiences.

Available Schedule:                                                                                                                                                        
  • AM Shift (7:00AM - 3:00PM) Part- time or Full time                                                                                                 
  • PM Shift (3:00PM - 11:00PM) Part- time or Full time                                                                                               
                                                                      
Job Summary:                                                                                                                                                                  
As a Receptionist (Front Desk Agent), you would be responsible for greeting, registering guests, and checking guests out of the hotel in a continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:                                      

Job Responsibilities:                                                                                                                                                       
  • Greet guests and complete the registration process including, but not limited to, inputting and retrieving information from the computer, confirmation of guest information and room rate, selection of rooms, coding electronic keys, and providing a welcoming experience to all guests                                           
  • Assist guests with check-out including, but not limited to, ensuring guest stay was enjoyable, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, and accepting gift certificates and gift cards                              
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner     
  • Receive input, retrieve, and relay information to guests                                                                                         

Professional Experience:                                                                                                                                               
  • Minimum of High school graduate or equivalent                                                                                                      

Industry Experience:                                                                                                                                                      
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry (preferred)                                                                                   

Job Requirements:                                                                                                                                                         
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends as business demands 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills                                                                                                       
  • Desire to work in a fun, positive atmosphere
