Job Description
The General Manager must be able to direct, coordinate, implement, and manage the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve identified objectives and goals for sales, cost controls, employee hiring/training/retention, guest service/satisfaction, product quality, and cleanliness/sanitation. They are responsible for ensuring adherence and compliance with all standards of operating a CSC location.

Qualifications include:
- Availability: Open Availability
- Must be able to adhere to all brand standards and maintain standards with team members
- Team leadership and training: Supervise, train, and motivate team members and managers to deliver memory lasting service and food quality
- Operate and maintain speed and service operations
- Have an encouraging and uplifting attitude at all times
- Manage and oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, scheduling, etc
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation to ensure compliance with brand standard
- Manage cash handling
- Enforce and oversee all policies and standards
- Support local marketing efforts such as catering orders or community events
- Must have at least 2 years of experience of restaurant management
- Basic math and financial skills for cash handling and reporting
- Reliable transportation
