Supervision Received and Exercised
Exercises direct supervision of 3+ managers and 15-50 employees.
Essential Job Functions
Essential duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Drive excellence in food quality and execution, ensuring consistency with Guthrie’s standards at every step of service.
- Build and sustain a high-performance culture centered on hospitality, accountability, and team development.
- Optimize staffing and scheduling to balance guest experience with labor efficiency goals.
- Lead all talent functions, including hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
- Develop and mentor managers to build a strong leadership pipeline and ensure operational continuity.
- Analyze key performance metrics (sales, labor, costs, guest feedback) and take decisive action to improve results.
- Own financial performance, including P&L management, cost control, and driving revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with all operational, safety, and brand standards while continuously improving processes and systems.
- Act as a brand ambassador, building community relationships and strengthening market presence.
- Partner with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives and contribute to operational planning.
- Lead with energy and accountability, aligning the team around company goals and delivering consistent results.
- Maintain flexibility and a solutions-oriented mindset to support broader business needs.

Non-Essential Job Functions
Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities, which may include the following:
- Walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods of time
- Lifting a minimum of 50 lbs. overhead
Maintain effective audio-visual discrimination and perception needed for:
- Making observations
- Communicating with others
- Reading and writing
Position Requirements
- Work a 48-55 hour week
- Subject to background check
- In-store training program completed
- Must maintain a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must possess a state-issued driver’s license and maintain reliable means of transportation
Working Conditions

Restaurant environment: Work with advanced kitchen and front-of-house operational equipment, including maintenance and operations of deep fryers.
