Position Summary

The Busser at Noble Chicken helps create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming dining experience. This role is essential to keeping the restaurant running smoothly by supporting the front-of-house team, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guests always have a great first impression.

Responsibilities

Clear, clean, and sanitize tables quickly and efficiently
Reset tables promptly for incoming guests
Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, lobby, restrooms, and service areas
Assist with delivering food and beverages when needed
Refill drinks, napkins, condiments, and other guest essentials
Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction
Stock and organize front-of-house supplies
Support team members during busy periods
Communicate clearly with team members to keep service flowing smoothly
Follow all health and safety guidelines
Uphold Noble Chicken’s standards and core values

Qualifications and Experience:

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Good communication skills
Ability to stay active (standing, walking, lifting) throughout shifts
Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
