The Bubblista BA crafts all hand-crafted bubble tea beverages in a fast and efficient manner while displaying charismatic showmanship qualities and abilities. They are able to do this by maintaining a strong work ethic, communicating clearly and effectively and successfully working with other individuals on the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Creates beverages according to specific recipes in a timely and precise fashion.
- Engages in professional and friendly interactions with customers at all times.
- Maintains order accuracy.
- Stays up to date on all beverages listed on menu and can accurately explain flavor profiles and ingredient descriptions to customers.
- Creates and maintains a friendly work environment.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of all bubble tea equipment, workstations, coolers, walls and flooring.
- Adheres to all health code standards and up-to-date practices.
- Engages in proper re-stocking and FIFO practices to ensure the freshest and highest-quality product.
- Ensures that all food storage units are cleaned properly and stored carefully to prevent breakage.
