We’re looking for a reliable, high-energy Box Truck Delivery Driver who takes pride in their work and shows up ready to win the day. This role is responsible for delivering fresh bagels, spreads, and products to our locations and partners with speed, accuracy, and consistency.

What You’ll Do
- Start your day early and get set up for success before hitting the road
- Load and organize your truck with accuracy and efficiency
- Run your delivery route with urgency and consistency
- Deliver to stores, cafés, and partners on time and with zero mistakes
- Work closely with store teams and build strong relationships along the way
- Unload and stage products cleanly and professionally at each stop
- Collect return items and keep everything organized for the next run
- Keep your truck clean, stocked, and operating at a high standard
- Communicate clearly with the team — no surprises, no excuses
What You Need to Bring
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be 21+ years old (DOT requirement)
- DOT Medical Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout your shift
- Strong sense of urgency — you move with purpose
- Attention to detail — you care about getting it right every time
- Reliability — your team can count on you, no questions asked
- Ability to work early mornings consistently
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Preferred Experience
- Delivery or route driving experience
- Food or restaurant experience
- Experience with box trucks or similar vehicles
- Interest in growing into a lead driver or operations role
