We are seeking an outgoing and motivated candidate for our Beach Services Manager position. There is a lot of experience that you will gain as well as room to grow within the company.
The job duties for this position are the following:
- Ability to manage 15-20 employees
- Must have strong professional communication skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Must set a good example
- Responsible for the set up and break down of the location
- Ability to keep storage area clean and organized
- Must be able to communicate with management if something is broken, if there was an issue with a customer or hotel employee
- Responsible for sending management Set up and Closing pictures daily
- Responsible for filling out contracts correctly and dropping off paperwork daily
- Responsible for making sure all transactions are going through the Square system
