Responsibilities:

Mixology Mastery: Create a wide range of high-quality and visually appealing cocktails, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and recommending signature drinks based on their preferences.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our drink menu, specials, and promotions. Educate customers on different types of beverages and make recommendations.
Efficiency: Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely service. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar tools. Adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
Compliance: Adhere to all relevant alcohol and food safety regulations. Verify the age of customers to ensure legal drinking age requirements are met.
Upselling: Promote special promotions, events, and upsell premium beverages to enhance the customer experience and contribute to sales goals.

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience preferred.
Extensive knowledge of mixology and a passion for creating unique and delicious drinks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
TIPS or other relevant certification is a plus.
